We design our products to be used and kept.
But if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at hello@muudstudio.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

We’ll review and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Change of mind

We accept returns on unused, non-personalised items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused

  • In original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs may apply.

Personalised or made-to-order items

Because these are made specifically for you,
we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty.

What isn’t covered

We don’t offer refunds for:

  • Minor variations in colour or layout

  • Normal wear and use

  • Mistakes made when placing your order

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order.
